Moe Sr.​  - FOUNDER

1/23/1947  -  2/5/2016

After immigrating to America in the 60's without a penny to his name and barely speaking English he spent countless hours working as hard as possible to succeed in this great country.  Amalfi's legacy began on February 1977 when he accomplished his American Dream of opening his very own restaurant.  After a rave review by a renown reviewer Amalfi was off to the races and there was no looking back.  

Moe Jr.​  - HEAD CHEF / OWNER

 

Spending most of his time in the kitchen, you will find Moe developing and taste-testing new recipes, inspecting and selecting meat, produce and poultry deliveries, and crafting chef-specials for the evening. On other nights, you will find Moe designing the menu cover art for special events planned and held throughout the week.

John​ - GENERAL MANAGER / OWNER

 

John is the friendly face that greets you upon entering Amalfi Ristorante Italiano.

 

He and his experienced staff provide diners with knowledgeable and prompt service. Have a special request? Let John know and he will make it happen.

Teresa - FOUNDER / OWNER

 

In addition to being an owner, Teresa is also the special events planner, interior decorator, gardener, and overall Amalfi mom.

 

As the special events planner, Teresa plans unique and memorable experiences at Amalfi Ristorante Italiano. From wedding rehearsals to corporate luncheons, to baby showers and more, she adds that special touch to any occasion.
 

Jeremy - RESTAURANT MANAGER

 

As dining manager, you will find Jeremy processing inventory, supervising wait staff and handling special events.

 

Working closely with the kitchen staff and John, he is an knowledgeable and indispensable asset to Amalfi and our diners.
